The Publishing Queue works like a content calendar for your CMS. Add articles to your queue, set your publishing schedule, and Keytail will automatically publish them to your connected CMS (Webflow, Sanity, or WordPress) at the right time. Perfect for maintaining a consistent publishing cadence and planning your content strategy in advance.
How it works
1. Add articles to your queue: Select any generated articles from your project and add them to the publishing queue with a single click.
2. Configure your schedule: Set your publishing frequency (daily, weekly, or custom), choose your preferred publish time, and select your timezone. The queue automatically calculates when each article will be published based on its position.
3. Reorder as needed: Drag and drop articles in your queue to change their publishing order. The schedule automatically recalculates to reflect your changes.
4. Automatic publishing: Once configured, Keytail's automated system publishes your articles at the scheduled times. You can pause or resume your queue at any time.
